recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided
to us by any user of www.Myturfwireless.com, and any other web sites or
services owned or operated by Myturf ("Myturf Sites") (collectively
or individually "User(s)").

Myturf is open and free without collection of any user information. Please see our TERMS OF USE Policy for
acceptance of proper useage of internet access points provided by our Internet
Access providers. When signing up for the
Myturf advertising subscription account you may elect to provide to Myturf
additional "personally identifiable" information (such as your postal
mailing address, home/mobile telephone numbers, credit card number and billing
information, etc.) This information is kept confidential and is not shared with
anyone or any other company unless directly required for the operation of our
custormers accounts. Billing information
is not kept on record unless you sign up for auto-renewal subscriptions.

Unlike
other advertising platform providers Myturf doesn’t require and does not load any
software including "Cookies" to computers used in wireless or wired Internet
access points. We pride ourselves on the
fact that we do not require any browser plug-ins, executables or other software
as required by other companies who provide similar advertising platform services.
Myturf is not responsivle for third
party companies who load cookies or other software during a user’s Internet
session(s). When you visit the Myturf Web-Sites
or Sign up for an account, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file
containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer for future
ease of access and customer registration identification. Myturf Sites may use both session cookies and
persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser
and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to Myturf Sites. These
persistent type of cookies can be removed, but each web browser is a little
different, so please look through your browser "Help" file to learn
the correct way to modify your cookies set-up.

Registraion for subscription services, Myturf uses your name and email address,
without further consent, to allow you to have an individualized information
such as advertising access reports or periodic administrative purposes such as
notifying you of major Myturf Sites updates or additional offerings from Myturf.

send promotional or marketing messages for third parties other than Myturf

has been collected without verifiable parental consent, then Myturf will take
the appropriate steps to delete this information.

reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the
